 Acid Resistant Butterfly Valves
Tantaline treated acid resistant butterfly valves offer the most corrosion protection possible at costs less than Hastelloy, titanium, zirconium and tantalum butterfly valves. Teaming up with leading butterfly valve suppliers, Tantaline is able to offer a wide variety of acid resistant butterfly valves for the most corrosive applications.
Tantaline's acid resistant butterfly valves are designed for highly-corrosive media and hot acids, including hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid, sour gas (H2S), acetic acid and nitric acid. Tantaline's acid resistant butterfly valves offer a corrosion resistance beyond that of nickel alloys(Hastelloy), titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr) and solid tantalum(Ta) butterfly vavles.
Acid Resistant Butterfly Valve Offering
• ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, PN 16 and PN40 pressure classes.
• Any size from 2" to 10" flanged valve(DN6 to DN 250).
• Wafer and Lug styles.
• Most leading OEM valves could be Tantaline treated.
