 Acid Resistant Check Valves
Tantaline treated acid resistant check valves offer the most corrosion protection possible at costs less than Hastelloy, titanium, zirconium and tantalum check valves. Teaming up with leading check valve suppliers, Tantaline is able to offer a wide variety of acid resistant check valves for the most corrosive applications.
Tantaline's acid resistant check valves are designed for highly-corrosive media and hot acids, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sour gas (H2S), acetic acid and nitric acid. Tantaline's acid resistant check valves offer a corrosion resistance beyond that of nickel alloys(Hastelloy), titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr) and solid tantalum(Ta) check vavles.
Acid Resistant Check Valve Offering
• ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, PN 16 and PN40 pressure classes.
• Any size from 1/8" to 10" flanged valve(DN6 to DN 250).
• Flange ends, threaded (NPT or BSP) ends or compression ends.
• Most leading OEM valves could be Tantaline treated.
