Tantaline's acid resistant flanges & pipe fittings offer a corrosion resistance beyond that of nickel alloys(Hastelloy), titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr) and solid tantalum(Ta) flanges & pipe fittings.

Acid Resistant Pipe Fittings - Unions, Reducers & Tees
Tantaline produces the most acid resistant unions, reducers, tees and other pipe spool connections commercially available. Compared to nickel alloys like C276, titanium, zirconium and tantalum pipe fittings, Tantaline produces pipe fittings with the performance of tantalum metal but at cost competitve with nickel alloys.
Utilize the Tantaline JobShop to fabricate your acid resistant unions, reducers, tees and pipe spool fittings from stainless steel substrates which are ready for Tantaline treatment or fabricate your own stainless steel fittings and send them to us.
