 Acid Resistant Needle Valves
Tantaline treated acid resistant needle valves offer the most corrosion protection possible at costs less than Hastelloy, titanium, zirconium and tantalum needle valves. Teaming up with leading needle valve suppliers, Tantaline is able to offer a wide variety of acid resistant needle valves for the most corrosive applications.
Tantaline's acid resistant needle valves are designed for highly-corrosive media and hot acids, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sour gas (H2S), nitric and acetic acids. Tantaline's acid resistant needle valves offer a corrosion resistance beyond that of nickel alloys(Hastelloy), titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr) and solid tantalum(Ta) needle vavles.
Acid Resistant Needle Valve Offering
• ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, PN 16 and PN40 pressure classes.
• Any size from 1/" to 10" flanged valve(DN6 to DN 250).
• Flange ends, threaded (NPT or BSP) ends or compression ends.
• Most leading OEM valves could be Tantaline treated.
