 Acid Resistant Plug Valves
Tantaline treated acid resistant plug valves offer the most corrosion protection possible at costs less than Hastelloy, titanium, zirconium and tantalum plug valves. Teaming up with leading plug valve suppliers, Tantaline is able to offer a wide variety of acid resistant plug valves for the most corrosive applications.
Tantaline's acid resistant plug valves are designed for highly-corrosive media and hot acids, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sour gas (H2S), acetic acid and nitric acid. Tantaline's acid resistant plug valves offer a corrosion resistance beyond that of nickel alloys(Hastelloy), titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr) and solid tantalum(Ta) plug vavles.
Acid Resistant Plug Valve Offering
• ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, PN 16 and PN40 pressure classes.
• Any size from 1/4" to 10" flanged valve(DN6 to DN 250).
• Flange ends, threaded (NPT or BSP) ends or compression ends.
• Most leading OEM valves could be Tantaline treated.
