Tantaline’s corrosion resistant products are a higher performing and cost competitive solution compared to specialty alloys like nickel alloys (Hastelloy C276), titanium, zirconum and tantalum.
Our main product focus is on auxiliary process equipment for use in extremely corrosive environments where high temperatures, pressures and concentrations of chemicals like hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), acetic acid, sour gas (H2S) and nitric acid (HNO3) exist.
At Tantaline we link up with leading OEM’s and fabricators to supply us with standard stainless steel base parts. These base parts are then converted into the most corrosion resistant products commercially available. Base parts could also be supplied directly by the end-user. Typically we use stainless steels for base parts however other materials may be used. (See our quick guide for details).
