Tantaline’s corrosion resistant products are a higher performing and lower cost solution compared to specialty metals. With lifetimes lasting 5x - 50x longer than specialty alloys and priced 20% - 30% less than specialty alloys like Hastelloy C276, titanium and zirconium alloys, Tantaline an excellent substitute to specialty metals.
Our main product focus is on auxiliary process equipment for use in extremely corrosive environments where high temperatures, pressures and concentrations of chemicals like hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4),acetice acid, sour gas (H2S) and nitric acid (HNO3) exist.
Part of what makes Tantaline products cost effective is the fact that we are able to use standard commercially available stainless steel parts as our core substrates to produce our final products. At Tantaline we don’t actually fabricate or produce the stainless steel parts, we simply link up with leading OEM’s and fabricators to supply Tantaline with these parts and in some cases the substrates are supplied directly by the customer.
