Tantaline’s corrosion resistant products are a higher performing and lower cost solution compared to specialty metals. With lifetimes lasting up to 50 times longer than specialty alloys like Hastelloy C276, titanium and zirconium alloys but still competitive priced, Tantaline is an excellent and price efficient substitute to specialty metal components.
Our main product focus is on auxiliary process equipment for use in extremely corrosive environments where high temperatures, pressures and concentrations of chemicals like hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4),acetice acid, sour gas (H2S) and nitric acid (HNO3) exist.
The reason for the very cost efficient products is Tantaline's close collaboration with leading OEMS, that eliminates the need for high cost workshops and material inventory. The OEM's supply Tantaline the stainless steel products being used as base parts for the Tantaline processing. Commonly these are supplied directly from stock securing very attractive lead-times compared to custom manufactured items in specialty alloy.
At Tantaline we don’t actually fabricate or produce the stainless steel parts, we simply link up with leading OEM’s and fabricators to supply Tantaline with these parts and in some cases the substrates are supplied directly by the customer.
