Guaranteed Quality and Performance
 

All of Tantaline’s products are 100% guaranteed to perform and be free of defects. We know our products will perform because all products are 100% inspected by submerging them in boiling HCl at a concentration of 32% for 48 hours. If it was not pure tantalum metal, with a chemistry at least as pure as specified in ASTM B-364, it would not survive. 
 

Tantaline warranties the performance of our surface treatment for period of three years for most applications. Because the tantalum metal is grown into the surface and alloy bonded, risk of failure due to chipping, spalling and delamination that may be seen with traditional coatings is extremely unlikely in the case of Tantaline’s products. For any reason if there is a failure in the surface due to the poor quality of a Tantaline product, Tantaline will either reimburse, re-treat or replace the part (see Tantaline 3-Year Warranty for more details).
