Tantaline products could typically be produced in 3 - 6 weeks for even custom JobShop products. We are able to achieve this for several reason:
• No special fabrication is needed
The Tantaline process is a gas phase process therefore it is independent of geometry and requires no complex fabrication techniques or special skills needed to produce products. Compared to nickel alloys, titanium, zirconium and tantalum metal fabrication, these materials require very skilled people and special fabrication techniques.
• Utilization of off-the-shelf "standard" products and readily available matierals
Tantaline utilizes standard "off the shelf" steel parts and products from leading OEM's as substrates. Therefore leadtime on materials or custom fabrications are short compared to specialty metals like nickel alloys (Hastelloy and Inconel), titanium, zirconium and tantalum which lead times are often in excess of 12 -24 weeks.
