Bo Gillesberg – CEO, Europe
 
Bo is CEO, Europe for Tantaline, where he oversees the company’s operations and growth in Europe and Asia, including sales, marketing, and business development. With more than 13 years experience, he has built his career on advancing surface alloy technologies for materials. As a project manager at Danfoss beginning in 1998, he built the business plan and initial market strategy that soon became Tantaline. Before Danfoss, Bo was an application specialist at Struers, a leading global company within material analysis equipment. An expert in advanced materials, Bo has authored several papers in leading industry publications. Bo holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. from Technical University of Denmark, a HD from Syddansk University, and is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Henley Management College.

Dean Gambale – CEO, Americas
Dean is CEO, Americas for Tantaline, where he oversees the company’s operations and growth in the United States, including sales, marketing, and business development. With more than 13 years experience within engineering, Dean has devoted his career towards solving complex real world problems and helping advance cutting-edge technologies and companies. Dean came to Tantaline, the world leader in tantalum surface alloys, in 2008 from E Ink Corporation, where he drove active matrix products for the leading electronic paper technology company. Prior to his time at E Ink, Dean was at H.C. Starck, where he led global business development efforts with a strong focus on tantalum metal products and technologies. Before that, Dean was at WL Gore & Associates, where he developed cutting-edge products and businesses in key consumer and industrial markets. An officer of local Boston AICHE, Dean holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and a MBA from the University of Delaware. 
 
Soren Eriksen - Global CTO
 
Soren is Global CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for Tantaline, where he oversees the company’s technological infrastructure globally, including product development, technical support, intellectual property, and process improvements. With more than 13 years experience within the sciences of chemistry, he has focused his career on discovering advances in corrosion technology. As a project engineering at Danfoss beginning in 1999, Soren led the team that designed and built the innovative chemical vapor technology and pilot plant that eventually became the core of Tantaline. Prior to Danfoss, Soren taught general chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and physical chemistry at his alma mater, Technical University of Denmark. An expert in chemical engineering, he has authored numerous papers on the chemical vapor process. Soren holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Technical University of Denmark and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Technical University of Denmark.
 
 
Evan Hinshaw – Global VP of Sales
 
Evan is Global, VP of Sales for Tantaline, where he is responsible for the company’s sales strategy and expansion within the Americas. Evan has nearly 20 years experience developing and selling specialty metal products, where he contributed to several patents within the specialty metal and alloys industry. Prior to coming to Tantaline in 2008, Evan worked at H.C. Starck Inc., where he led the sales growth for tantalum products within the steel, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing industries.  Prior to H.C. Starck Inc., Evan was at Special Metals Inc. (Formerly INCO Alloys), the world's leading producer of high nickel alloy mill products and welding consumables. During his time there, he held numerous roles, culminating as a project manager, where he drove the commercialization of several key products. Evan is also a registered professional Welding Engineer in the state of Ohio and a member of NACE and MTI. He holds a BS in Welding Engineering and Materials Science from The Ohio State Engineering program and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Phoenix.
