Tantalum Valve Applications
Tantaline's tantalum valves are designed for hot acid applications in including hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. Tantaline's tantalum valves offer a corrosion resistance equal to that of solid tantalum metal but at a fraction of the cost.
 

Tantaline's tantalum valves are  a surface alloy of tantalum metal on stainless steel. Utilizing valve manufactures like Flowserve, Kits, Meca Inox and Uni, who are known for their high quality, as the starting substrate, the Tantaline process grows tantalum metal into and on top of these starndard stainless steel OEM valves. 
 

• ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, PN 16 and PN40 pressure classes.
• Any size from ½" to 10" (DN6 to DN 250).
• Flange ends, threaded (NPT or BSP) ends or tube ends.
