 Titanium Ball Valves Premium Alternative
Tantaline treated Ball Valves are premium alternatives to titanium ball Valves. Tantaline ball valves offer a life time 6 to 30 times longer than titanium ball valves. The unit costs of Tantaline's premium alternatives are typically in range of traditional titanium ball valves.
Teaming up with leading ball valves suppliers, Tantaline is able to offer a wide variety of premium alternatives to titanium ball valves for the most corrosive applications.
Tantaline's acid resistant ball valves are designed for highly-corrosive media and hot acids, including hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. Tantaline's acid resistant ball valves offer a corrosion resistance beyond that of nickel alloys(Titanium), titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr) and solid tantalum(Ta) ball vavles.
Titanium Ball Valves Premium Alternative Offering
• ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, PN 16 and PN40 pressure classes.
• Any size from 1/4" to 10" flanged valve(DN6 to DN 250).
• Flange ends, threaded (NPT or BSP) ends or compression ends.
• Most leading OEM valves Premium Alternative could be Tantaline treated.
