 Acid Resistant Valves For Hot Acid Applications
Teaming up with leading valve OEM's, Tantaline is able to offer a wide variety of extremely acid resistant valves for the most corrosive hot acid applications like hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), soug gas (H2S) and nitric acid (HNO3). Tantaline treated acid resistant valves offer the most corrosion resistance commercially available at prices competitive to Hastelloy valves.
Tantaline treated acid resistant valves are designed for hot acid applications including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, sour gas (H2S) and nitric acid. Tantaline's acid resistant valves offer a corrosion resistance beyond nickel alloys (Hastelloy), titanium (Ti) and Zirconium (Zr).
Valve Suppliers
Tantaline acid resistant valves are supplied by leading valve manufactures like Flowserve, Kits, Meca Inox and Uni, who are known for their high quality and reliable valves. These OEM valves are usually made from standard steel substrates and are then treated in the Tantaline process to provide an acid protection that far exceeds that of Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, titanium, zirconium in most hot acid corrosive environements.
Valve Offering
• ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, PN 16 and PN40 pressure classes.
• Any size from ½" to 10" (DN6 to DN 250).
• Flange ends, threaded (NPT or BSP) ends or tube ends.
• Performace equal to tantalum metal valves.

Custom Valves
Tantaline has the capability of treating any standard steel valve and makeing it the most acid resistant valve commercially available through our JobShop. If valves from you favorite supplier are not listed here contact us.
