Zirconium Ball Valves Premium Alternative
Tantaline treated ball valves are premium alternatives to Zirconium ball valves. Tantaline ball valves offer a life time 2 to 5 times longer than Zirconium ball valves. The unit costs of Tantaline's premium alternatives are typically 40% less than traditional Zirconium ball valves.
Teaming up with leading ball valve suppliers, Tantaline is able to offer a wide variety of premium alternatives to Zirconium ball valves for the most corrosive applications.
Tantaline's acid resistant ball valves are designed for highly-corrosive media and hot acids, including hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. Tantaline's acid resistan ball valves offer a corrosion resistance beyond that of nickel alloys(Hastelloy), Titanium(Ti), zirconium(Zr) and solid tantalum(Ta) ball vavles.
Zirconium Ball Valve Premium Alternative Offering
• ANSI 150, ANSI 300, ANSI 600, PN 16 and PN40 pressure classes.
• Any size from 1/4" to 10" flanged valve(DN6 to DN 250).
• Flange ends, threaded (NPT or BSP) ends or compression ends.
• Most leading OEM valves Premium Alternative could be Tantaline treated.
